This website is operated by Nono Moment, an independently operated online store based in China. Throughout the Site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Nono Moment.

By visiting nonomoment.com, purchasing a product, or using any part of the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced below.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access the Site or place an order.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer and sell our products.

Section 1 – Online Store Terms

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence or are using the Site with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use the Site or our products for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. You must not transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code or attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Site.

A material violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.

Section 2 – General Conditions

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions, pricing errors, or inaccurate customer information.

You may not reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Site, our product photographs, product designs, illustrations, text, branding, or other content without our written permission.

Section 3 – Products and Handmade Characteristics

Many Nono Moment products are handmade, prepared in small batches, or created using fabrics with naturally varying patterns.

Minor differences may occur in pattern placement, stitching, texture, shape, color, measurements, or decorative details. Product colors may also appear slightly different because of lighting, photography, and screen settings.

These reasonable handmade and display-related differences are not considered defects.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, and care instructions. Please review all product information before ordering.

Section 4 – Prices, Orders, and Payment

Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except in the case of an obvious pricing or technical error.

Shipping charges, taxes, and other applicable costs will be shown at checkout where available.

An order confirmation email confirms that we received your order. We may cancel or limit an order because of product unavailability, suspected fraud, inaccurate information, shipping restrictions, or unauthorized resale.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Section 5 – Custom and Personalized Products

Products made according to customer-provided measurements, names, colors, fabrics, or other instructions are considered custom or personalized products.

Customers are responsible for checking all customization information before confirming an order.

Once production has begun, custom or personalized orders normally cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned for a change of mind.

This does not affect your rights if the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed customization details.

Section 6 – Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Our products are shipped from China. Customers must contact service@nonomoment.com and receive approval before returning an item.

For standard returns not caused by a verified defect, shipping damage, or fulfillment error, the customer is responsible for international return shipping and related charges.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s place of residence.

Section 7 – Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment, contact, and shipping information.

You are responsible for checking your delivery address, email address, telephone number, product selection, and customization details before completing an order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

Section 8 – Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability, processing times, and shipping information are accurate.

Occasionally, the Site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Where permitted by law, we may correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order.

If an order is cancelled after payment because of an error on our Site, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Section 9 – Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may use or link to services provided by Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, analytics providers, social media platforms, or other third parties.

We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by the provider’s own terms and policies.

Section 10 – Reviews and Personal Information

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights.

We may display content that you intentionally submit for publication. We may remove content that is fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, unrelated, or contains spam or malicious material. We will not restrict customers from posting honest reviews.

To the extent permitted by law, Nono Moment is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses caused by temporary website interruptions, third-party service failures, customer misuse, incorrect information provided by the customer, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful or limits mandatory consumer protection rights.

Section 13 – Changes, Governing Law, and Contact

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our products, services, operations, or legal obligations. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the People’s Republic of China, without depriving customers of mandatory consumer protections available in their place of residence.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
